" Good bar the pick up "
" The photos of the car were provided to me but did not fully show all the damage. I returned to the office an hour later and was told that the marks were not significant and not to worry. I questioned this and was shown a chart which explained how any damage is assessed on the car. Should this not have been shown to me as standard when I picked up the car? It wasted an hour of my time. "

" Have been using Autoeurope for renting vehicles for a time now and was always satisfied. Once we had an accident (lost car keys) and even then the service was fast regarding the insurance and everything to solve the issue. "

" Bad experience due to the compulsory full to empty fuel policy. "
" This fuel policy of full to empty is a scam because, in addition to the cost of the car rental, you are charged for a full tank of petrol at expensive prices and then you are supposed to return the car empty, which of course is not easy at all to do, especially if you rent only for a few days.. "

" The only and big surprise was, that they drive a car on a left side of the road there on Cyprus. :-D But, it was nice experience to find out, how quickly can man to adapt to a new situation. "
