According to what was promised, and to the contractual agreement, we should have been "instantly" refunded (attachment #3). We have had no accident with anyone at any date, this is factual, so we denied all of this. We do pretend that we returned the car in the exact same condition as we got it 7 days before. Mr XX pretended he spotted some difference on the right lower sill when comparing to his unclear & very dark picture dating back to Nov. (attachment #5). As you can see from a picture taken the day of the return (attachment #6), no difference on the right lower sill is noticeable. Plus the Ford Focus we had will soon be 5 years old, very far from being brand new or bump & dent-free ! " I have been using Auto Europe since 2009 and been telling my friends as well to use it. I have extended the booking with Paphos Airport Rental (provided by Europcar) through the phone support of Auto Europe. The manager found a car for me and DIDN'T tell me there's no air conditioning in the car, the difference between the with a/c and without a/c was 1.5 EUR! Logically Europcar did everything to give me the worst & oldest possible car in order to ask me to upsell for a different car for 200 EUR. When I called the Auto Europe representative Martha, she told me they can renew the voucher (i will have to wait for 2 hours) for the SAME class with the a/c. 2 hours of waiting time and Auto Europe will 'forgive' me 1.5 EUR difference. They didn't even propose me an upgrade of the class of the car. After 11 years with Auto Europe this is the worst experience ever. I have been given a car with 130k km mileage, hardly working and all thanks to the manager from Auto Europe who didn't pay attention to one detail. I am going to switch from Auto Europe after 11 years. "

" I have booked and was charged for a KEA Seed or similar, with air conditioning atc. In fact they did not have any cars of that class. I was offered a minibus (and forsed to pay for a full tank of it) or a Nissan Note (no a/c, quite old). Both cars are different class to what was bookd. No appologies or compensation was offered. I would reccomend to use a different car rental next time "
