For all the time I have rented cars through Autoerope.eu, I have never had any incidents with the rental company. However, during my last car rental in Ireland from 30.05.2024 to 05.06.2024 (voucher number EU21214617-1) with Carhire (booking number PTC:1204038), which is serviced by Europcar, I had a very unpleasant experience related to the fraudulent actions of the Irish branch of Europcar. When I returned the car, I was accused of a minor scratch on the alloy wheel of about 2 cm, which was not done by me. I had no accidents or incidents during the 6 days of the rental, so I am sure that the charge was artificially created. The process of giving me the car lasted 1.5 hours and was accompanied by the change of three cars. In addition, I was not able to get a car of the class I had booked. All cars were rented in a terrible condition, which required me to spend a lot of time taking pictures and did not give me a feeling of security. When I eventually received the last car (the third one), I accepted it because of the significant damage and no longer paid attention to the small scratches, which are usually not listed by rental companies and are attributed to the natural wear and tear of the car. As a result, they returned my deposit with a deduction of 190 euros, without providing any documentary explanation or supporting documents. This money is of great importance to me, as I am currently living in Europe as a Ukrainian refugee who temporarily moved during the war. Please assist me in investigating the situation and returning to me the unfairly and unjustifiably withdrawn funds for 190 euros. I look forward to your support and assistance! "

I was disgusted as the amount you want is so high, most cards are declined and then you are forced to have the insurance. This happened to another customer while we were there.
