" BMW 1er in the voucher - Opel Grandland X in reality. Same category, but nothinhg in common. Needed a small fast comfort car for two, got a large slow and uncomfortable family car. The company doesn't seem to have any BMWs at all at their airport parking and just usees this model for promo. "

" Excellent support by the counter staff, both for pickup and drop-off! A few cons - the policy and fees for travel to another country by Buchbinder were a bit confusing, especially since it was a trip to a neighboring EU country. I believe I wasn't charged on a previous booking. Also, even with the full insurance paid, the company still demands a relatively high deposit. Other car rental companies did not require deposit in such case. "
