" 14.06.18 at the airport in Bratislava I rented a car Skoda Citigo 6 AV 1252. I paid an additional fee for the possibility of traveling to other European countries. On June 19, at 10.50, when I got to the parking lot in Vienna, I found out that the car would not start. I called the number indicated in the contract: +420608219692 so that I could be helped and I could continue traveling by car. On the phone said to me, I was told that I would turn to passers-by or my friends and ask for help from them. Special service support or a swap vehicle was not sent to me. After a long wait for a call from your company and a big risk to not be in time for the airport, I had to seek help from strangers who suggested that the battery is defective. I had to buy a special cable to start the car engine with the help of another car. In connection with the foregoing, I ask you to refund my costs for repairing the car in the amount of 17.90 euros (check enclosed), the cost of telephone calls in the amount of 10 euros, as well as provide compensation for the lack of assistance and the moral damage I received in the form of a free car rental on the next trip. I ask you to send the costs to the credit card specified in the lease agreement. If in the near future I do not receive compensation, the claim will be sent to the head office of the company. "
