That scratch, if anyone is going to bother, will come off with a good polish. I still have not received the documents that apparently he was going to send directly to my email address. I have just been taken for a ride and I do not appreciate it. "

" We had an appalling return. There was a minor scratch on the back bumper, one in a rental car that would be considered very normal. It was very likely there for many months. We did not notice it during the walk through and honestly would not have mentioned it as it was so insignificant. During the walk through we also didn't notice the drivers mirror that was completely cracked. We went back and let the worker know. Telling you this to show that this man was not actually expecting the car for defects during the pre rental. When we brought the car back this same man accused us of causing these scratches and told us to pay 180 Euro. For minor scratches! That we didn't make! "

" The car was fine. The staff was friendly. The price was moderate. However, you should take detailed photos of a car on pick-up. Deposit is high and returned after a relatively long time; but this seems to be a problem of the banking system. "
