" In general nice experience. Easy and fast to get the car. Car in nice condition, make and model as booked. Car trim is above average. Car drop off was another story. Their office in the airport was claimed to be open all day long, however when I called them 30 minutes before drop off they told me that no one is there to check the car because they are delivering another car somewhere. That way I was left without a chance to dispute any damage if they had found any and without a chance to use my 3rd party insurance in that case. It's great they were honest and nothing was claimed. This practice is extremely unprofessional. "

" Love AutoEurope. My go to car hire people whilst we are living and travelling in Europe. "
" Everything was fine and went to plan. The vehicle was fairly dirty inside and outside, but that is the only issue we had. Staff we polite and the process was smooth. We had to go looking for the staff when we returned the car as there was no one to be found in the parking lot. "

" Everything was good, but at the drop-off the staff didn't allow us to stay while they checked the car, and after those checks they stated that the fuel tank was not entirely full (it was when we brought it to them), making us pay both for overpriced fuel and a refueling fee. "

" drop-off in general was an easy process however, we were not provided with any information where the exact parking space for the drop-off was. That meant that we had to drive through a gigantic parking space, line by line, to check all the different parking lots with their corresponding rental car agency. "

" No one was at the drop off site. Was out on a delivery. Had to leave the keys and paperwork at the restaurant next store. Left with no receipt or paperwork . Somewhat unsettling. "

" The address for Unirent Rovinj no longer exists. It was not explained to us that Unirent would be driving from Pula at a specific time to meet us at the old address (where a very unfriendly travel agent begrudgingly called Unirent for us). Overall a confusing and frustrating process for us and for Unirent (and for the travel agent). "
" We were late to pick up our car because we couldn't find the address for the non-existent Unirent Rovinj, but the drivers who had come from Pula with our car waited around Rovinj for over an hour. This could have been a horrible experience but because of the patient drivers it was just mildly confusing and inconvenient. When we came to drop off our car in Dubrovnik centre at 3:30pm on a Saturday, there was no one to receive us. We called the number on the door and were told we could wait an hour and a half or leave the keys in the dropbox and they would contact us upon receipt. When no one called us by 5:45pm I called them and was told they hadn't confirmed receipt yet but would call me back in the morning. 3 days later no one has called. "
