" The only remark i have is that the guy at the counter asked if I will drive outside of NL's? He said the car is not insured outside of NL, and to cover that I should have to pay an additional EUR 3 per day. I doubt if the guy was right and I didn't accept the offer. Because I had no intention to go outside of NL. "

" This is not the first time we are using Auto Europe and we were always happy with the service and the recognition given by Car rental providers. Thankfully never needed to go through the process of waivering any excess for incidents, but it's good that they offer full insurance for peace of mind. Just book, ride and enjoy your trip :) ... "
" It was a very smooth transaction, both at pick-up and drop-off. Very helpful staff at pick-up front office - but no one to speak to at pick-up parking lot :( "

" I have ordered a "Toyota CH-R (or similar)", but got "similar" VW T-Cross. Also my friends who recommended Keddy had the same experience earlier. Neither of us eve saw a single Toyota in parking... Now, VW was really fine, there was nothing wrong with it, but you should not advertise something you don't really offer to customers. Also, the guy at the counter offered me additional insurance, although I already ordered "full". That should be communicated more clearly, but I think that is the problem everywhere. "
