All the booking and the price through auroeurope was good, but it seems that Hertz doesnt realy care about autoeurope cuatomers, because the car was not booked directly from Hertz. We have rented cars several times through Alamo and we NEVER had any problems at all. This time we tried autoeurope, but I am not sure we will do it again. "

" AutoEurope service is good. Have been renting 4 - 5 cars pr. year the last 10 years. Never have I been been charged extra for winter tires. The "BroBizz" did not work so I had to reverse the car and find service personnell. "

" Due to the force majeure (weather conditions) I landed in different location. Hertz did not have a car available nor he could cancell the booking. However they advised to claim the return with Autoeurope as a reliable partner. I did. and got the reply that Europe car is not willing to refund the costs. I replied again and the case is pending. Unless it's not properly handled by AE i will definetely not recommend it to my friends but I will never use it again. "

" Deep inside your terms-and-conditions it was hidden that the offer was not valid to danish residents - in spite of this, it was possible for me to go through the entire booking proces without noticing this term, and you also approved my booking even though I clearly and honestly stated my residency. When Hertz cancelled my reservation, as they would not allow a danish resident to rent the car, you still did not provide me with a refund even though you now took the money from me, but we not required to pay Hertz. " Hertz had to cancel my booking because Auto Booking failed to catch that a Danish resident booking with a Danish address and Danish phone number had to book the car under Danish rules. Then when I asked for a refund or a credit on my Auto Europe account, instead of doing the right thing, Customer service is instead working very hard to do neither, forcing me to pay for this car twice. Once to Auto Europe who is keeping my money that they are not entitled to, and once to Hertz who had to rebook in order to be in compliance with Danish Law. If I had known that Auto Europe was disinterested in acting in an honest, fair, and ethical way and instead would work hard to cheat me out of money, I would never have booked with Auto Europe in the first place. That Auto Europe won't even issue a credit to my account so I can use it against a future rental in a different country says everything. Not only will I not book with you again as a result, but I will tell everyone I know, every reviewing platform I can find, how Auto Europe couldn't be bothered to do the right thing and instead decided to steal 85 Euro. I would say 'shame on you' but apparently Auto Europe has no shame. "

" The process of car pick up at the Hertz rental car desk at Copenhagen airport was smooth until the moment we realized to provided car won't be fit for 3 adults and 2 kids in child-seats. The chosen car category was Ford Mondeo which per our experience perfectly fits. We were offered Nissan Qashqai that won't be right fit. We got another option for little more extra money, car Opeal Zafira which was older (and also not that clean) but it fitted size-wise. There was no other car available that we could get so we took it. Big trouble came when we ended up with flat tire during our trip to Sweden (info on travel abroad to Sweden was given during the car booking), 6 July afternoon. We called Saturday afternoon the breakdown emergency line listed on the rental contract. It was 3*30 pm local time. 15mins on line. We highlighted the fact we had two small kids with us and asked for quick solution. The service of company Falck was in Denmark, they asked us for details and asked to provide a location of our car via email. They couldn't locate us via GPS. We did provide all via email(change of tire request, size of tire, location of ours). They also answered they can just arrange the car to be towed and they don't provide replacement of car and advised we shall call Hertz as the rental car provider. I called to Hertz in Denmark, 4pm. We were told Falck as a service company is paid for this kind of situation to solve it purely on their end and we need to talk to Falck for solution. We wrote to Falck back, that they need to take care and got an answer they will locate some service assistance but they are not sure how they will help us. We exchanged several emails where we again stated the damage, that we need just tire repair and no other damage happened and we were waiting for response. They confirmed 4*30pm they hand over the case to Swedish Falck and they should search for service assistance help for us. 5*15pm I got sms message the assistance will reach us around 6*15pm. 6*19pm I got a call from danish Falck, if we were still on same place that they were asked to review again. We were still there, 3 hours waiting already. We again said we had two small kids on board, that we need them to be quicker. 6*38pm I got another call from swedish Falck, promising us a help in another hour, that there is some delay. Ok, we accepted with repeated note we had 2 small children with us and appreciate quicker reaction. They promised to get back with update, never happened. I called back to swedish Falck contact number two times, 30mins later and another 30mins later, they always promised to check, but nothing happened. At around 8*30pm the big tow truck arrived. When the driver of tow truck saw our small damage he was quite surprised why the service line called for his help. He called there back, they discussed some options. He offered us to arrange through swedish Falck a help of tire repair service (local one), in case we pay directly, the situation can be solved. We agreed because there was no other solution, waiting for any action or payment agreement of Hertz or Falck to speak to Hertz after already 5 hours of no action would be killing. The local service guy for tire repair arrived based on call from tow truck driver around 9pm and within 40mins he did his job very well and quick. That means after 6,5 hours of waiting for a simple change of tire, with 2 small kids on board!! I would expect from such big company as Hertz, more over in such developed countries like Denmark and Sweden, to have customer support - even if contracted - on very different level! If the breakdown service would not behave as useless call center and instead of calling who knows where they could do their job properly and call regular contracted service guy who can repair tires, we would be done in 2-3 hours. That I believe is a maximum appropriate and tolerable for small incident. "

" It was not clearly explained where the car is parking to pick it up. The map received was misleading. I was not the only customer who did not find the car in P4, others were also just walking around looking for the car. Finally, someone not a Hertz employee helped us to find it. It was not easy to drive out from the parking because no parking card was in the car and the parking helpdesk requested it, but finally they let us to drive out without the card. There was no explanation or guidance received about this in advance. Other than the above, everything was efficient, the car was excellent and in high quality conditions and I am satisfied with the service. The above comments are to help you to improve the service. "
