" To my great surprise Green Motion took way bigger deposit than normally (1000 EUR) and has not released it yet. I had no idea that I was supposed to pay 40 EUR cleaning fee or return the car washed. First time in life I went to carwash before return, in order to avoid "cleaning fee". That's ridiculous. "

" Auto Europe service is fast and overall easy to use. "

" The car was given with several damages not mentioned in the Vehicle condition report form and some of the visual damages were noted in wrong position. After the rental period, the company tried to charge 480 Euro for scratches on bonnet which was already there from the beginning. Also company try to charge this amount from my credit card without my authorization. "

" it very good i just missed the voucher number .. it would be nice to have a copy via email or watsapp! or teh booking otehrwise i will rent again i like to know if tehre is renting where auto europ need to have car droped at places! [ means 1 single drive "

" in the booking its not specify taht they block a large amount on credit card [ i use to rent in usa and the garanty is not bloked on credit card then they ask 15 euro for cleaning! in all my rental , clenaing is include into the renting! "

" Had a few hidden costs like car washing and fuel etc which I only was told about after confirming booking. Also the holding of my credit card funds was 15 days, or so I was told. "

" I use your company because you are recommenced by RICK STEVES. I plan to research other auto rental sites for future rentals. You need to dump Green Motion as one of your vendors. We'll see if anyone reads this and responds to this feedback. "

" Green Motion requires the car to be returned clean. There is a 59euro cleaning fee assessed if car is not returned clean. However, for an additional 15euro at checkout, they wii waive the cleaning fee. I could have gone to a car wash before returning car, but as the roads were wet, the car would have been dirty from the drive to the airport. I will never use Green Motion again. "

" Good company. Good choice to find rentals "

" One hour to make contract with company. Then they wanted that my 2 years old son sit in baby seat 0-10kg. They had no car seats and I waited more then 1 hour to get it. They bought the new one. So, to rent the car took around 2 and half hours. Then one more surprise. In the contract I had 1/8 fuel, but in reality, fuel tank was empty and first I needed to drive to fuel station. Do not recommend this company. "

" My family used before Auto Europe services but this will be last time we do. Unfortunitely your company reserved the money for renting and not accepting to send me money back. Your excuse is that it is mentioned in terms and conditions but what you do is hide important information from your customers. Any way this review and paper I received from Green Motion will share it as feedback for all people I know. Thanks again for ruining my plans for the weekend. "

" I did not receive car as they did not accept AMEX cards as credit card. Even though I told them they can book money from my debit card or can write guarantee letter. "
