" I am really dissapointed with Goldcar treatment not with Autoeurope, but you brought me to them. Just to point out that the functioning of your super cover option is a bit complex. "
" Not good , I did contract the super cover option in the Autoeurope website, then when I arrived in the Goldcar stand in Zagreb they said that they do not accept extra covers from the on-line renting. So they really pushed me to pay for their full-coverage inssurance, which was 130 euros. Also making me know that without their full-coverage any little damage would be charged at least with 250 euros. At the end I paid their full-coverage with the feeling they were taking advantage of my situation and the other costumers starting their holidays. The place was filthy and chaotic. "

" 1. When I came to pick up the car (at 14:45), I was asked to wait 15 min because of crew change, new crew on at 15:00. After 5-10 minutes they decided to check out the car before crew change. 2. (I feel cheated for fuel.) I picked up car and forgot to check fuel gauge (car should be delivered with full tank). After driving 100 km, I noticed fuel gauge showing slightly more than half full. When I returned car, I topped up tank at last filling station before airport (2-3 km), in fact to tank overflowing. Still after I had returned car, Goldcar claimed car was not full and charged for short fuel and extra refuelling fee for not returning car with full tank. When adding up fuel I filled and distance driven, the apparent fuel consumption is 10 lit/100 km, which is twice Peugeot's consumption rating (5 lit/100 km) for this type car (????). 3. When I returned the car, I forgot my personal GPS in the car. Goldcar confirmed it was found in the car, but they could not send it to me. I would have to arrange to pick it up from the airport office. "

" The staff was friendly and courteous. However the car upholstery was not very clean and the windshield was filthy inside and out. also, it was noted on the receipt that we were given a full tank of gas, but it was noticeable less than that. Finally, we were told that we had a purchase a 50 euro "green card" to cross the Bosnia-He border briefly as we were traveling from Dubrovinik to the Zaton Resort. This was a surprise and it added a substantial cost to our rental car (over 50%), and no one at the Border Crossing asked for this card. I feel ripped off. "
