" The main word will be disappointed. I'll rent again cars from Hertz where the blocked amount is their maximum for a no SCDW option as the law is saying, even if I'll ned to pay 20$ more. "

" Someone from the rental company had to call me to confirm that they received the rental request, and it didn't happen. On the rental company office, I had to pay another 30$ for SCDW to reduce the amount of blocked money from 2200$ to 150$. The legislation tels that the max amount that can be blocked is the maximum that they request for a no SCDW option. "

" We were not informed about the one-way drop fee ahead of time. We were grateful for being reimbursed but it was still a hassle to deal with while trying to pick up our car. "

" We had an incident with the rental company where the guy tried to say there was a scratch on the car where there clearly was not when dropping off the car. The location where we initially picked the car up was very friendly and helpful and much better to work with. "

" The car was ok (but not cleaned). But during check-out time (sept. 14th-5 AM) we lost our airport parking ticket. The employee of the AUTONOM SERVICES SA required first 100 ? (!), later 75 ? and at least, after discussion with the cashier of the parking 50 RON (!) to compensate for the loss! We paid and afterwards we found the ticket again. Too late to discuss, because we had to check in our flight. Who said corruption????? I mean this is scandalous. "
