" It was a SCAM. They do not state clearly on reservation the special requirements for your credit card - it must be embossed (no one has such cards in Europe any more) and credit card should contain all your names like in passport (not only first name and surname). The only way to get a car was to pay additional fee, which was 200 EUR for four days (the rental cost was only 50 EUR). Even if you have the credit card that match their requirements, you have to return car washed in manual car-wash (not automatic one), otherwise there will be a fee. The car itself had very dirty interior (some tissues on the floor from previous renters and sticky steering wheel). It was not serviced (the "must service" light in dashboard was on all the time). "

But there was a queue of other tourists and I couldn't get in touch because of the queue with the office worker and this happened at 00:15 when he asked me to pay a fee of around 40 euros for out-of-hours pick-up! Unfortunately I paid it even though it was not my responsibility since I went to the company's office before 24:00! I also have video where I recorded the queue when I realized the time had gone past 24:00. I would like someone in charge to explain to me why I paid this amount since I went before their opening hours but was delayed due to a queue. you can see that my flight actually arrived at the time I'm telling you and I went running with my bag on my back to catch it before they closed something that happened after I got to the queue at 23:58!!!
