" The desk location is very bad when you land at the domestic terminal . Should provide a map and explain how to get there. It took me 20 minutes to find the desk m, cost was high for Thailand . Car had scratches all around. Battery was weak. USB port and lighter not working could not charge smart phone . "

" Staff helpful but need to explain how to open filler cap covers and grade of fuel to use especially in Thailand. Other than that very happy with the service and car. "
" My only complaint is that the staff didn't go through any of the controls of car hence when I went to put petrol in i didn't know how to open the petrol cover. In Thailand they use grades of petrol i wasn't told what grade of fuel to use. "
