I had made this booking 9 months prior and should have been given notification if continental module are not available. Rather than to be given a Japanese model which is not as safe in accidents. It is wrong to offer continental models on your site and then end up giving a Japanese model when collection. There is also price differences when we make our bookings on the site. "

" The vehicle was returned to an unsecured area. Four days later European contacted me and claimed there was damage to the vehicle. This included scratches on a wheel trim and damage to a wiper blade. Possibly I caused scratches to the wheel trim but I am certain I did not damage a wiper blade. The vehicle had 35k km and this reeks of a scam trying to bill customers for normal wear and tear. Now out of Norway so recourse is very difficult "

" We reached the Europcar rental center (Downtown Kirkenes - as per our reservation) and there was no one there - website says they are working as per normal, etc and so does my reservation. Tried calling the number put on the door for rental collections and no one picked the phone (tried multiple times). Visited the counter again 1.5hrs later and still no there. Messed up our family's holiday plans in Kirkenes as we were relying on the rental car for a few things we had already lined up!! "

When I asked to do it, the staff member just dropped it nearby the car and we had to install it to the car by ourselves. Since baby seat had no Isofix it was very difficult to understand how to do that. Then the staff member came again, but also had difficulties to install it. Do we spend additional 40 minutes at the parking place. "

" Upon arrival in downtown Oslo, I cound out that Enterprise did not exist anymore. After phoning you O was informed that you rebooked a car with Europcar at Oslo Airport. O Thude had to take a train with my four guests to the Airport to get the car. In tje process I waisted about 4 to 5 jours and had to pay for 5 tickets by train to the Airport.I was well received by Europcar's friendly staff at the Airport and was swiftly helped to get a car. I cannot remember being ingormed of the changed booking by you. Furthermore I wanted the car on downtown Oslo and jad to go to a lot of extra cost to get the car.Will O be compensated for this extra cost of NOK450? "

This was unexpected and the invoice only says "extra charge", but not what is is for. I have opened an official enquiry through your after rental service customer service website as told to by a representative at the telephone service call center, but have not yet received a reply. I checked the status and it says it is still open. I hope to receive a reply soon. "
