Therefore I paid for another day rental when it was unneccessary as the station was open later that day. I only found out they were still open once I had gone there and had no other option but to pay for another day's rental. "

When I came to the airport for drop-off nobody was here and nobody answered the phone. I had to change my my plans to bring the car the morning after. This was my first experience with autoescape. 2nd experience was today when my request to cancel my reservation was refused because I was called more than 48h prior to pick up while I tried calling the car place 20 times for the last 2 days and they were closer for public holiday. I couldn't call autoescape because it's a Europe n'a phone number and I am on vacation in Australia and my phone wouldn't let me until today "
