" The general experience is very good. The complaint is the condition of the full tank at the time of Drop IN. When we took over the car the condition of the tank was max 640 km. And when we filled the tank before handing over the car the condition was 750 km. In total, we lost 100 km. We didn't know what the maximum tank capacity was, so we didn't take a picture of the situation when we downloaded it. And so we had no evidence for a subsequent appeal "

" Everything was well, the staff were very friendly but the system should work better. Please note that Copenhagen is not only a Danish Airport but an airport for the South of Sweden and although Denmark does not require Winter Tyres, in Sweden it is compulsory.... "
" Unfortunately although I had specified in the original order that I would be driving in Sweden (where winter tyres are legally required) Enterprise did not have that "request" and only after much search did they find a car that (1 car only) with winter tyres! So following a long flight from the Indian Ocean I almost did not get a car as booked! "

" The one itch is that although all the details of the renter (address, nationality, license number etc etc) are inputted to make the booking, it is a bit hit and miss whether this is passed on to the fulfilling rental company at destination - or if you need to spend another 10 minutes doing it all again. If you could reliably fix this it would feel like real value add. "

" Their information about pick up location was wrong.Even a phone call to their office provided the wrong location. We wasted an hour and numerous inquiries to find the Right one. Did not even get an "I am sorry" from them, when I told them that the Right hand does not know what the Left hand does.... Otherwise the rental experience was OK. "
" You have to really carefully read trough all condition as to avoid additional charges from Rental companies, limited kilometers and etc. So I have learned at the end that I have to compare booking also via Rental companies to find best deal with no surprises. "
