Inform clients in future that certain items are not covered and insist that they check the tyres and rims before they leave. 5. I am in Switzerland and in no position to dispute your claim on my credit card. 6. The Rovinj office can fill you in on the damage and my response. "

" 1) I got a technically road-illegal car (even after stating I will be driving children in it). The airbag light in the car was on, the horn was not working (which led me to suspicion airbag was activated in the car and never fixed) - passenger seatbelt was not working. 2) They replaced the car the next day after my call & complaint (good service) 3) When I have arrived to drop off the car on my departure @ ZAG airport, first there was no free parking where to leave the car, so I had to leave it illegally parked on the side of the busy road. The enterprise employee who by chance arrived at the same time was almost unwilling to help out. 4) Person on the desk wasn't there to drop off the keys, only when I shouted over the phone he appeare "

("winterization" - ridiculous) - Insurances always pop up additionally - even if I booked full waiver on your site, I am requested to book the same again in the actual rental locations. - Three months later I got 3 (!) times charged for alleged police tickets, which I can not know because of "data protection" (again ridiculous) - and what a surprise: I drive a car every day, no tickets in Germany, Rumania, Hungary, etc, but in Italy on a 4 day rental I get suddenly 3 tickets.... judge for yourself... "
