" Dollar is not located where most car rental companies are. I rent very often and I went directly to this area and then I've found out that Dollar has a separate building. Problems with Dollar 1-Auto Europe email and web don't indicate correctly where Dollar is located and how to get there. You need to take a Dollar shuttle at the airport and this is very poorly indicated by signs. 2-Shuttle don't have a very good frequency or airport traffic jam might impact, so you need to arrive with plenty of time in order to avoid the shuttle delay affect your timing to pick it up. " I have registered with autoeurope on 9th May for ford Invoice 14452970. The booking was for 10th May with GPS. On reaching the dollar office, I asked for additional driver and insurance cover. I was given a voucher with car type as Kia Picanto. While clarifying with your staff, he mentioned that this Kia is as same class as Ford and he did not mention of any extra charges. While given the voucher he said 84 will be the charges,which I understood is the total charge for the car rental and signed. I was never told that the 40 euros were upgrade charges also this was never discussed or asked for. Only mention was about the full tank which we promised and returned. Though the staff asked me to sign, he never mentioned about the extra 40 euros charge as auto upgrade. Now I see my credit card to take this 84 in addition to the 60.65 Euros I have already paid and reserved for Car. This is not acceptable for me as I had planned to spend 60euros for the car rental excluding gps + additional driver + cover. As this upgrade was not asked by me, Nor consulted with me and not explained clearly, I am quite disappointed with the extra charges. Kindly credit me back the upgrade charges. I intentionally avoid using you since that bad experience in Schipol a few weeks ago. It cost me nearly 300 euro in the end and no refund from Auto Europe. We returned the car at 2200 approx. but found that the last shuttle left at 21.30. We were able to get a bus, but after a lengthy walk in the rain, so I think you should review the shuttle service hours. It would make it alot easier for those of us who get a bit lost in finding the route back to yr establishment. "
