" I did have a very good experience with autoeurope when I booked a car for 3 weeks last september. So I booked a car again from Vancouver but Discount company asked me for drop-off fees up to 1561$ !!!! We spoke to the manager and could not do anything to reduce theses expensives fees, so I coumd not take the car. Tje manager told me to ask for a refund. So I am asking for it please. Thank you "

" Must read the small print; we had to pay extra per day for my wife to drive for the month. Costs more than Enterprise, which I'm a member of. Other rentals either don't have this policy or waive it. Just lost a customer that doesn't own a car in Europe or Canada!! "
