" scam, they wanted to charge me for imaginary damages for a fully damaged car. i managed to remove it through their customer service but they have already charged my account. nobody was there to receive my car when i returned it they have a key box to drop the keys. then after 2 hours they informed me in an email that they charged me for some fake damages and they took part of my insurance deposit. they wrote in their email that i should go and claim the money from the insurance i did when i booked the car. "

CARWIZ was a first car rental company that asked for international driving license in my 18 years car rental experience and it's made a filling that they inventing rules to grab your money and this way to compensate low cost rental. "
" I paid 74 € for a car rent with ZERO excess, however at the counter agent asked for an international driving license (that was not appear in car rental conditions). For Zero excess insurance agent charged me in additional 74€. "

I had to ask for information from the hotel reception and finally left the car key and ticket in the delivery box that was in the office inside the hotel.
