The upgrades may consist of a free car category upgrade or a better equipped vehicle than the one originally booked at no additional cost. For example: you could be upgraded from a Mini category car to an Economy category car for free, or, drive away air-conditioned vehicles instead of the originally booked non-air-conditioned one.
