" I booked last minute, like the same day to get the car. It was my first time to rent a car so i really didnt know what to do. I booked online with my phone, but i wasnt really sure if i was doing right, i called the call center like almost 10 times because nobody answered. When someone finally responded the call, i explained immediately but then she was like "i dont understand where when what how who nothing! Im from spain and blablabla" so i explained further only to hear that there were no more cars available! But i told her i was booking already, i had it on my phone at that very moment, so she put down the phone and i proceeded on the booking.. put all my details, finally booking and *puff* no more cars available. WHY ??? So i tried to refresh the page and saw that it was true there were no cars available anymore.. So my girlfriend tried to look on her phone and found the same exact car that i was booking. I tried to re book it as fast as i can.. and finally we got the car! It was kinda hard to book online i dont know why, maybe to sell the more expensive ones first ?? Anyway all went well after. "
