" Very pleasant experience of rental car through AVIS in Norway. It would be good if the drop off admin steps including dropping the key after office hour and the info map of the drop off office and nearby petrol kiosk be given especially for one way rental. Also, good to provide same basic traffic signs and rules of the country and parking info involving public and private lots. This will help drivers greatly to feel more confident. Such info can be given before the trip. This will make excellent service delivery to customers. "
