I was told by the Auto Union rep that the contract would be cancelled however I have not been reimbursed as of today to my account. "
" Hello We arrived by plane on schedule at 10:00. There was no one waiting as indicated on the information from auto Europe. I called the number attached and was told that he would come in 10 minutes. Eventually he arrived after 30 minutes. The car was visibly dirty , outside and inside. We were told by the driver that we would have to drive with him to another car park. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation and also felt that if this was the overall approach to the rental customer experience what would the quality of the car be like . We told the Auto Union representative (the driver) that we did not want to proceed with the car hiring. We instead hired a car direct with Europcar at the desk. We paid more than planned but were confident that we would at least be in a car that was comfortable and safe. "
