" We were unable to rent the car because we didn't have an International drivers license. This should be listed in BOLD on page one of the contract, not page 4 in very small print as one line! We had no car, no refund on our purchase and created an incredible hardship. We are appealing and hope to be reimbursed for a car we never received. "

" Hi there, I have a current reservation under this voucher number. As per my profile we rent from AutoEurope regularly. Due to travel delays I was inly able to arrive at the airport and pick up the car today, 26 May and not yesterday, 25 May as per my original booking. Unfortunately Alamo advised that we could not pick up the car today under that reservation and we would need a new one. They advised that I speak to AutoEurope directly as to the refund as they required me to make a new reservation with them directly. We did this and now have a car for the duration of the trip. Please advise what I need to do regarding my current booking voucher in progress ? Thank you kindly Suzanne "

" 3 weeks ago I've sent refund request to Auto Europe along with all required documents. Unfortunately I still haven't received any response from Auto Europe . Auto Europe didn't even confirm that my request was received. So I can't recommend Auto Europe to friends. "
