" The deposit returned on my card after 31 days, even the reservation mentioned the returning time is 5-7 days for credit card and 30 days for debit card. I used credit card and still got the deposit back after 31 days. The problem is from the banks, because I checked with Enterprise and they confirmed the deposit release the day after I returned the car. "

" Car reservoir was on reserve fuel so in order to bring it back with same amount of fuel you should calculator it very thoroughly and if you're in a hurry you need to go to gas station first. Winter tires were almost on minimum tread. "

" The auto europe platform is great, it compares all the rent car companies and you can should the right fit for you. "

" Everything was perfect, the car was in great conditions and the staff was nice. We had to drop off the car at the airport at 5AM to get the flight. They said we could just park the car in the airport parking and leave the keys at the counter in a box. We did exactly this, but we were a bit nervous because if something went wrong we wouldn't have none of the staff to help us. We could do everything they told us to do, but I would recommend to have someone at the counter for this situations. Just a tip. "

" The onsite services and staff at Airport was excellent but the online Auto Europe Rep. I spoke with was not friendly. He tried to tell that they would not except my US driver license to check out vehicle, that's the first I heard of it. I highly recommend training your staff on the importance of customer service. "

" Auto Europe should state in the booking that there is Euro 50 charge for the Greencard for driving out of Croatia. Also state those extra charges INCLUDING Tax please... Croatia happened to have 25% Tax!!!!! "

" AutoEurope - can you assist with talking to ALamo or ENterprise about this rediculous fee "

" We had a puncture which we got fixed. However the puncture happened again or we got a second puncture. We had to get a mechanic to change the spare wheel as we could not locate the toolkit. On receiveing the van we were not shown where the toolkit is located - even if there was a toolkit. Then when we returned the car and filled in the incident report we were charged an excessive amount for the repair of the puncture (750,00HRK) We have being emailing Dubrovnik apt/Enterprise but they are not replying to our emails. The fee of 750 HRK is rediculous and extorionate. We will not be recommending ALamo nor ENterprise to anyone "

" I have encountered some problems: 1).When I pick up the car, the gas tank was almost empty. I had to find a gas station asap. 2).I was told the One-Way fee was ?40 but I was charged $57.65. 3).There was a tiny scratch on the black plastic rear bumper marked by a pin, but they call it "an accident" and charged me US$236 for it ! I took a picture of the mark. I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone. "
