This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I will never use your company again, assuming this is not addressed, and I will be letting my employer, colleagues, friends, Facebook groups, and possibly random passer-bys in the airport know they should absolutely not rent from a company who will not honor their own rental period in full. " I had a very bad experience. I made a reservation with the pick up time at 23:30 and with providing the flight details. My plane was 31 minutes late. I had no bagage so in about 15 minutes I was already out of the transit. No one was waiting for me at the airport to take me to Usave in Budapest. I took a taxi. USAVE WAS LOCKED! THE RESPONSIBEL AGENT DID NOT WAIT FRO ME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CONFIRMED. I have took this plane several times, and delays have occured, but they have always waited for me. In addition it was not only me, but another 4 people who were left without a car. I needed to find a hotel, which was not easy at all close to the airport in the middle of the night. In the morning the agent was also late with the opening time. Autoeurope did not help at all, but was rather distructive, pointing out that I may not get my car early in the morning because it is another day. No rentals were possible between 1am and 8am, because normally USAVE was locked. In addition Autoeurope was claiming that USAVE was not obliged to wait fro me because the opening hours are until 23:00. It is incredible that an agent dared to reply it. In the FAQ at Autoeurope's website it is clearly written that the plane number should be provided , so that the rental companies could follow if the plane is delayed. In addition if a company is not willing to wait fro the clients, then why do they confirm the booking in which it is clearly written that the pick up time is 23:30, and also the flight number. I will file a complain and asking fro the reimbursement of my hotel fe, my taxi fee to the hotel and also a full reimbursement for the rental, that caused me huge delays and another 3 people becaue of the lack of rental on the original night. " Dear Autoeurope, I wanted to rent a car for two days to pick it up on 19 March at 23:30 and return it on 21 March. The contract I had with Autoeurope detailed all requirements (pick up is out of operating hours). Nobody waited us at the Airport, Budapest. I called the USAVE office 4 times but no one picked up the phone. I went to the Usave office by taxi. The Usave gate keeper did not know anything of my rent and was not helpful at all. I had to go back to the Airport by taxi to find a solution. It was 01: 00 am when I looked for a Hotel to take the night at the Airport. The only Hotel available at the airport was Hotel Stacium at Vecses. I stayed in the Hotel for that short period. In the morning on 20 March I called the Usave office to ask for a shuttle to their office. At 09:00 I arrived at the Usave office to pick up a car. The first car they wanted to give me had a big crack on the windscreen (20 cm). I refused to take that car because of safety. They give me a minivan (Citroen Traveler, Diesel) which was available. I accepted it as I was in time constrain to reach my destination 200km away before lunch time (business). Next day I came back to drop off the vehicle. On my way back, only 60 km left to drive to the Usave Office but the vehicle indicated on the dashboard to refill the Ad blue tank otherwise the engine will be shut down. So, I stopped and refilled the Adblue tank which was difficult to find because no one told me at Usave that the car needs Adblue (Usave service should take care of it). So all in all, it was a big disappointment with this rental and I had additional cost because of the unprofessional service. I would like that Autoeurope to reimburse the additional expenses to me. I have all the bills and a statement made, signed at Usave on 20 March. Please, contact me for further administrative details. "

" It went well as agreed on. It would have been good to have a full tank as opposed to almost empty at night, it would have been great to be able to leave it at different airport or capital but overall I was happy and greatful. "
" The pick up was there. It took about an hour waiting in line and getting the paperwork. Person spoke English. The car was nice. Clean and New. Unfortunately the tank was almost empty which wasn't convenient at night for safety reasons. If I could have left the car at Bratislava airport for a reasonable price it would have been more convenient and more 21st century standard expectation but I worked with what was. I am thankful. Oh if there was an address and number to call in case needed, that is easier to find, that would be also practical. Thank you for the service. I was able to get to my destination with a relative ease, better than bus or train at the late hours. "

" Everything good about the rental, except when we returned the car back to the rental company it was early morning and the guy inside the rental hut was asleep and not answering the button on the gate or his phone. It was a bit alarming as our flight was getting nearer and we didn't know what to do. We waited 35 minutes outside before he woke up and returned us to the terminal. "
