" When I have arrived to their office I found out that there were no car sits in the vehicle, though I have clearly stated in the reservation that I need 2 car sits. To my query, the responsible person suggested to take it from their store in the parking. When visited the parking store I have discovered that one of suggeted car sits was very dirty and the other was too small and safety belts were damaged. After my refusal I have been suggested to go and buy it by myself. The last statement made me very dissapointed and I have refuesed to take the car, as it was not meeting my children safety requirements. No money refund have been offered/received. Unfortunately I had to find another car rental and use their service. As a summary - car rental is not providing what was booked. Waist of time, nerves and money. "

Far away from pick up loaction and public transport (no bus, no taxi, no metro) and about 15 min further away from my hotel. " I had an issue with the GPS i rented. Map was not up to date so i encounter many mistakes and lost a lot of time. After 3 days i had to buy a sim card and use my phone as GPS. I did a report at your customers service. They advice me to ask the refund of GPS when drop off the car. I did it and Alamo staff said that they will refund to me. So im waiting for that. If not happen i will back to you. "

They didn't gave me a car or my money back and i had to pay again the full amount to take a car from avis. After that i saw in terms and conditions that they don't accept debit card for the deposit but they should have warned me about that because that's the same card i paid them. "

" The vehicle was crap. First of all they try to downgrade you all the time. They have a Ford Figo available and say it is the same. The Nissan Sunny I booked is not a Limo I know but for short trip around town OK. The one the gave me has noisy chock absorbers. Avis staff tell me it is not the car but the ROAD. Too funny. They were prepared to change it but would take a while and 1AM at night you only wan to get to your hotel. I asked them to change it at the hotel the next morning which they agreed to but never heard back from them again. Obviously. Car radio sucked. Card had 80k on ODO meter, was ready for junkyard. "

" Worst Rent A Car ever. First they try to give me a car that was undergrade of what I paid with explanation that they do not have the grade i have. I asked to upgrade for free but they explained that they do not have better. After i refused to take such care they find the car I booked. However this first car I got was terrible because it had around 120.000km and wheel was shaking when i hit the breaks so i asked next day to get car in better condition. They could not provide driver to come to my place to swich cars so i had to drive to airport again and to make whole process again. Second car was almost the same junk. It had around 150.000km and it was going right all time so i had to hold steering wheel in order to go streight. I never ever got cars in rent a car with more than 2 year old and more than 50.000km. In one world - terrible. "

I submitted the request on 10th late evening for the booking from 11th 10 am till 15th July I got the email confirmation from you only in the night at 8.39 pm om 11th July and hence couldn't take the car. Further, i was charged for 11th eventhough i took the car from 12th morning and returned on 15th Infact, I don't want to pay for extra one day as I did not get any confirmation from you before and I had to take taxi to roam around. " My booking was to pick up the car at DWC Dubai, but at the Hertz desk told me to go to the central office downtown 30 km away at midnight. Luckily, after 70 minutes of negotiation, I could have a car. Somebody in the chain misplaced the pick-up place. "

" Exterior of the car was almost good (lots of damages but small ones, so it is OK) But the interior.. Somebody was using the car (equipped with beige interior) with his/her dirty hands, so the door (inside) was black instead of beige :-( It has an awful smells (previous rental person was smoking in the car :-( But the worst thing: we got the car with almost empty fuel tank. After 5 minutes of driving, the low fuel lamp started to blinking. It was nice, first day in an unknown city, unknown county we had a car without fuel. Fortunatelly we got a petrol statin in 10 minutes but I was a little angry :-( The rental company must clean the car and refuel it. It must be the minimum, I think. So maybe they fast (no) but not hard-working :-( "
