" First of all there was no one at the desk. The "neighbour desk" said I had to call for someone. When I called, the person said he'll be there in 5-7 minutes. He actually came in 25 minutes. He apologized, but that was not all. We ordered a mid class vehicle - Ford Focus or similar. On the site we were told that, we will get a smaller car - a Ford Fiesta. When I appointed, that my business partner is a 2 meter guy, and we specifically ordered a bigger car, the receptionist told, that this is the only option. Other option was to pay extra, and get a Hyundai. We chose not to pay extra. Although we got a smaller car, we paid for the bigger car. There was a huge problem booking the deopsit money 900 eur from my card (I had to enter the pin 4 or 5 times). Eventually a call was made somewhere and someone from the office deducted the money (which is still not released!!!??). Next we went to the car - it was damaged from several places, the gasoline hatch fell off immediately. The windscreen washer was totally empty, coolant tank was way under a minimum. There were no alloy wheels, some old metal wheels with no wheel covers. Also when we sat in the car, after several minutes the TPMS warning sign appeared and greeted us every time when we started the car. When we asked about the condition, the receptionist said, the car was just fine. When driving the rear left side made strange noise, but everything was seemingly in order. When we dropped off the car, some 2 guys came - inspected the car and said everything was fine. Today almost 2 weeks later our money is still "arrested". "
