The do not have an office in Antalya airport, however, "Meet&greet" service works pretty well for us - we just called them via WhatsApp, and in ~15 minutes they picked us up from the terminal. The car was provided low on various key fluids and the car broke down half way through the journey. We lost a whole day of our rental because they were unable to provide us a new car - this after trying to tell us to fill the car with oil or coolant (they had no idea what the problem was so expected us to work it out). Communication was very poor. In the end, we got a new car but one that was underpowered and slowed down to around 60km/h on a motorway when going uphill. "

Eventually they agreed to come get it. Then they proceeded to find something to make me pay for their inconvenience. A 500tl fine for a tiny rip in the seat which i don't believe we did. I reminded him that during the initial inspection, he showed something worth noting on the same seat. He didn't recall this because he didn't put it on the vehicle report. These are shady characters and I recommend using another company. I rented this car via the AutoEurope.Eu website under the CarWhiz car rental company name. " I have been renting cars at Izmir Airport for years and had never had an experience as the above mentioned. I will off cause make a specific complaint to Auto Europe demanding the repayment of the amount of 530,30 Euro paid. "

They did not accept a Visacard issued by Danske Bank (The Danish Bank) even after i called the banks hotline and had the bank explain that it was the normal creditcard used in our country (it should apparently have been a special debitcard) and after talking with a lady at Auto Europe in Germany they refused to deliver the car (prepaid for the hole period) and informed me that the total prepayment was to be considered lost. I rented without any problems a car at another company for the in tire period. "

" Everything is fine except the insurance coverage. Apparently, the supposed super cover is not super cover at all. Auto Europe coverage is only in excess of 480 euro. I was misled with the catchy "super cover" policy. I ended up paying another 35 euro for additional coverage. "

The blocked amount on your card is too high despite the full insurance. It is unknown what they want it for. They do not comply with the policy of full tank on delivery, on purpose. You receive a car with some random amount of fuel. You'll have troubles filling it back equally and waste your money. I've been told that it's their policy for this or that reason,so it's not a one time issue. "
