These are the two types ofone-way car rental Auto Europe offers its customers - domestic and international - and unless otherwise stated, international one-way services are normally subject to a return fee. Please note that when returning your car hire to a location different to the pick-up point, customer must pay a one-way fee which is determined by and paid to the local rental company. This fee can also be applied for one-way car rentals both in the same city and in different cities within the same country (domestic), as well as between cities in different countries (international). The one-way fee is clearly displayed during the booking process prior to confirmation.

In addition to your personal details, when filling in the form you will also need to enter information about your flight. This information is extremely important in the event of a flight delay or cancellation. Then you will be asked to fill in the payment details, after which you can confirm the booking once you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Local Fees and Terms of Service. In the T&Cs you will also find information about extra charges, fees and taxes, which in some cases must be paid directly to the rental company at the time of pick-up.

Reservation completed

As soon as your booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with your voucher number and a PDF document containing your personal details, your car rental info and the vehicle supplier's confirmation number. In addition, you will also find detailed information about the Terms and Conditions of your booking and all the information about your one-way car rental. Please print out the voucher and present it to the rental company when you arrive at the pick-up desk.
