It's a simple procedure to alter your booking online: all you need to do is enter the name of the main driver registered on the original booking and the voucher number to access the information, after which you'll see all the different options available for cancelling or modifying your booking. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to modify or cancel an online booking.
Step 1 - Go directly to your online booking on the Auto Europe website by selecting 'View/Modify booking' or 'Cancel my booking' from the 'My booking' option in the website's black navigation bar.
Step 2 - Use the form to enter your first and last names, as well as your voucher number (which you can find on the booking confirmation you received by e-mail). The number starts with two letters followed by eight numbers (ie EU12345678). If you don't know your voucher number, just enter your pick-up date and the e-mail address you used to make the booking.
Step 3 - You can now view the details of your booking and choose to modify or cancel it.
The 'View/Modify booking' option also allows you to change the car category, location, date and time of pick-up and/or drop-off.
The 'Cancel my booking' option allows you to cancel your reservation immediately after selecting the reason for making your decision. As soon as you have received the cancellation confirmation by e-mail, the money charged for making the reservation is promptly refunded.
