" Having pre=-paid in the advanced booking with Auto Europe, i was then surprised when i arrived at the car rental desk (Enterprise seem to be managing the 'TopRent' rentals)that they charge a cleaning fee of 15 euros, or I should clean the car myself on my return. This was not communicated and Enterprise Lithuania (Admita) seem to be incredibly obscure about other charges too. I cleaned the car, and on return they charged me 30euros for the cleaning fee, which is not stated in the contract anywhere, nor was there any communication before that this would be the case. It's like they think they can just take people's money. They are a disgraceful business who have no ability to communicate. "

" The agent was very new to the job, so the rental was ok and very friendly but the process took quite a while. But we were on holidays... The car had already quite some kilometers on the clock (~150'000 km) but it was clean and ok. It had an occasional hiccup in that turning the key to start the engine would not show any reaction. We quickly learned that after a few attempts the "effect" always went away and the motor started but initially it was a bit irritating. The drop-off at Riga airport was probably the quickest I ever witnessed. Return of the key and no further question or document asked. Just "have a nice day"... "
