" Due to travel derangements I was one day late to collect the vehicle, so I was told that vehicle I ordered (and fully paid!!!) is not available, I have to pay 10$ or 30$ per day for upgrade. Also I was forced to take "fully prepaid tank" option even when I told to Thrifty representative that I'm not going to make more than 240 km... Very disappointing! "

" The vendor told us that as we booked through a third party (AutoEurope) they could not guarantee a car available and there actually was no car for us. We did not get anything about what we had booked. "

" thanks for the service. The only thing that confused me was that I had to sign a blank credit card slip. Am not used to this and it felt very year 2000 to me. "
