" allways good service friendly people on the phone and good prices; "
" there were no cars available at the moment we arrived; message was we had to wait for at least an hour; So we did; no choice really; flight was 3 hours late as well, desks rentals almost closed; Car was not in very good condition; but we traveled only short distances so it worked; "

Each time the experience was very very good and satisfy Last time I ordered a economy car(like NISSAN MICRA 4DR) and not mini (like CHEVROLET SPARK)... During my conversation with counter staff I tried to explain that a car(CHEVROLET SPARK is Mini and not Economy group )-no results..."this is car that I can rent you" - talked me After dispute she proposed rent a opel corsa. I aggreed...but a car was dirty wasn't ready.. After all , without any choose , I agreed to get CHEVROLET SPARK...again, this is MINI car, and on my order was economy... Please assist!!!!!!! "

" General impression is very good. Efficient and knowledgeable stuff at the airport. The car was bigger (longer) than we expected, which was a bit of inconvenience, and we didn't manage to find it on the parking lot by ourselves right away, because the parking has somewhat confusing organisation. The drop-off was fast and efficient too, only the parking again was full so we had to spend more time finding place to park. "

" Receiving car in the night more than 2 hours. First car with a lot of outside damages was rejected due to broken lights. Second was accepted, but it was scratched and biten too. Personal was indifferent and not to friendly. Any excuses for delay, not proposed level up. After drop off i received invoice for refueling about 33 of 44 liters, but i am sure that was at least half of tank. ~10 liters extra. "

" ן WAS SUPPRISE TO SEE THAT WITH ALL MY LAUGAGGE I HAVE TO TAKE A BUS TO THE TERMINAL1 TO PICK UP THE CAR. IT IS ANNOYING AND UN COMFARTABLE. THE SERVIES IT SELF WAS VERY GOOD. BUT TO PICK UP THE CAR FROM TERMINAL 3 AND RETUREN COST ME AN EXSTRA MOENY, WHAT MAKE THIS DEAL TO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. "

" First time dealt with it. Follow the instructions in your voucher and you'll have no issues to find the shuttle in airport. People are fine and supportive. The car had its better days. 95000+ km and a few years old, scratched, with a cracked fuel handle, but absolutely OK from technical perspective. "
