" The desk location is very bad when you land at the domestic terminal . Should provide a map and explain how to get there. It took me 20 minutes to find the desk m, cost was high for Thailand . Car had scratches all around. Battery was weak. USB port and lighter not working could not charge smart phone . "

" Sixt do not ensure the rental company staff can speak basic English. Car was old and prone to breakdown. In the end, the battery totally died and had to be sent to the shop for repair while I was still paying for my daily charges "

" Car broke down and was in the shop to have a battery change. Rental company do not do basic check of the car and rent it until it breaks down then the customer will need to fix car at his time (paid time). Incurred additional taxi fare of $30 to rush to airport not to mention the inconvenience. Rental company staff cannot speak English so when car broke down and called the number, no one was able to help "

" Counter collection process was reasonably quick but there was confusion over the vehicle on the booking. It seems one was eventually found after a c. 20 minute wait, but the vehicle provided was quite dirty and has scratches on most panels as well as a few reasonably large dents. "

" Hi they charge me 1500bht. For late deleveryBefore I delever the .. I sign under recipt about 1150 bht. When I go to the office for return. They have not payied med back..,. IT is small amount...but, just inn case, the company should do return the rest of the amount back to the credit card. Best Regards, Ragnar lie "

" The guy at the desk was very helpful. He and his colleague checked the car together with us before the rental, showed us also where the jack and spare wheel are; basics that are usually not done. Drop-off was super fast. Car was new in super condition and prefectly clean. Cannot complain about anything. "

" Staff helpful but need to explain how to open filler cap covers and grade of fuel to use especially in Thailand. Other than that very happy with the service and car. "

" My only complaint is that the staff didn't go through any of the controls of car hence when I went to put petrol in i didn't know how to open the petrol cover. In Thailand they use grades of petrol i wasn't told what grade of fuel to use. "

" The car's battery was in poor condition. We had several times issues starting the car. The GPS was totally useless. It couldn't identify any addresses we needed, hence I had to use my iPhone instead. "

" Old car (over 100,000 ODO), not matching AVIS international standards. Lots of spots and damage on the outside and inside (photos can be shared). Under inflated tires to be checked upon arrival. New model present on site but not reserved for me. Would have been nice and much more convenient with loads of luggage if car delivery could be done right at the airport terminal like other rentals do. Having to take a shuttle does not facilitate logistics for the passenger. "
