What I expect from you is: - provide me a car for a good price - provide me a car rental company that does proper job and doesn't try to cheat me on every possible way. "
" We rented a car for our 5-day trip. Getting the car went smoothly. When we got the car I noticed that the car clock was blinking which made me a bit suspicious. Usually that is a sign that the battery was disconnected in the past or below a certain level. Each day we did a short trip somewhere and return home in the evening (did 167 km in 5 days). Our problem started on the pre-last day around 7pm. We parked the car and stopped the engine (after 30 km of driving). After that we wanted to move the car for another 0.5 meters to be parked closer to the car in front. The engine wouldn't start. There was just a clicking sound, indicating that the battery was empty. We called the office. I told them that the battery was dead and that the car is properly parked. No tow car was needed. They suggested us to send the support only if we pay for it. Without paying, nothing would be done. The cost 100 EUR. The tow car appeared one hour later. The driver connected the booster battery and the car started. He suggested me to drive to the airport to get a new battery. After checking with the office, he told me that the office is closed and that the problem will be solved in the morning. He told me to stop the engine. The following day nobody came or contacted us. I had to call again. Another person will come with a new battery if I pay for it. Cost around 300 EUR (it turned out to be 275). All my question why I need to pay for the battery were ignored. When I wanted to complain, they just handed me an email address and said to complaint through the email. This is definitely the worst rental car company. I would suggest that you stop working with them. BTW: While waiting to get my car, there were several other customers complaining about various "damage costs" which were fake. "
