" The car we received was not in the best shape. Furthermore, the 600 EUR guarantee will be cancelled on my credit card one month after the date we returned the car. I asked the reason of such delay, but the only answer I got was that this is the normal procedure. "

" It's not the first time we've used AE and we like it. Saying that, I do not like that there is no local number for Sweden. It costs a fortune to call you when there is a problem. This time I had to call you 3 times.... That's three times I had to dial an international number to Germany!! My bill will be higher than the car rental itself almost! "
