" Returning the car to Doha airport was challenging due to the lack of signage and when you return the car. After arrival at return counter, the person has to go and check the car while you wait and in the meantime, you've run the possibility of missing your check in for your flight. Extremely inefficient return process. "

" The condition of the vehicle was poor. There were a lot of dents and scrathes on the car and stains on every seats. The wheels were out of balance and on speeds above 100km/h vibration turned ABS warning light on. "

" I am very dissapointed with Auto-Europe. I informed you that I had to cancel the rental for reasons stated above. You informed me that I would not get a refund as I cancelled within 48hrs of the hire time. Effectively you have sold me a service that legally and practacably I am unable to gain access to, through no fault of my own. I understand that these are exceptional times, however your lack of empathetic customer service is extremely disappointing! Hopefully you will reconsider refunding me and respond to my email. "
" 24hrs prior to pick-up Qatar banned entry to non-residents. Therefore as a Spanish resident I was unable to gain entry to Qatar and collect the vehicle. "
