About the service from - BUDGET
" when collecting the car i was told the car did not have insurtance and i had to pay another USD 50 per day. I showed them the voucher in which insurance had been included, to which the reply from the BUDGET agent was that it did not concern them, as that insurance was with AutoEurope. I was told that if something were to happen i had to pay BUDGET and sort refund out with AutoEurope. Obviously, i refused to take the additional insurance but not with a good feeling. Apparently teh agent in Lima had his own interpretation of the voucher. "
