" In general I'm satisfied with Pandora's service. The do not have an office in Antalya airport, however, "Meet&greet" service works pretty well for us - we just called them via WhatsApp, and in ~15 minutes they picked us up from the terminal. Office is located ~10 minutes driving distance from the airport. Checkout process was smooth. We signed papers, checked the car together. I asked to add all existing damage, even small scratches, to the report - they did it without any problem. Car was as expected, car conditions was good. There were small scratches and small dents on a car but it's expected in Turkey, nothing critical. Car milage was ~80K km but technically everything worked fine. Drop off experience was also very smooth - we arrived to the office, they checked that there is no major damage, did not even try to find any new scratch. Signed the papers and that was it. The process took 5 minutes. Then they brought us to the airport terminal. Deposit on Credit Card was released in a couple of days. In general, it was a good experience. If I travel to Antalya again I will consider renting from Pandora again. "

" When I arrived at Istanbul airport I had to call a Turkish mobile phone to be informed that I had to go to level -2 and wait at cologne number 13 for them to come and collect the car. This was an inconvenient process as I had to call a third party and be informed of the above. Also, after the delivery and after everything was in order with the condition of the car and its return with an empty deposit (I have at my disposal a relevant video of the receipt and delivery of the car) as I had received it, I was informed today 9/3/2024 that the guarantee of 600 euros will be released one month after the start of the rental period i.e. on 1/4/2024 since I received it on 1/3/2024! The problem here is that the bank will charge me the amount of €600 and then a refund will have to be made, resulting in me being deprived of cash from the availability of my credit card. Obviously, the refund of the guarantee money should be made immediately since there was no event during the guarantee period! Thank you and please do not take any action on your part (autoeurope) until the guarantee is returned to me i.e. 1/4/2024 because there may be a further delay in returning the guarantee by Pandora! "

" This was the worst rental I have ever had, and I have booked countless rental cars with Auto Europe. The car was provided low on various key fluids and the car broke down half way through the journey. We lost a whole day of our rental because they were unable to provide us a new car - this after trying to tell us to fill the car with oil or coolant (they had no idea what the problem was so expected us to work it out). Communication was very poor. In the end, we got a new car but one that was underpowered and slowed down to around 60km/h on a motorway when going uphill. "

" According to the contract the fuel tank should have been full at the hand over. In reality it was only full by 1/4. I had therefore to bring it back as well at 1/4, which is obviously very difficult. If you bring less than 1/4 you get a penalty. If you bring more, you pay for fuel which you're not using. The vehicle was quite new, but with plenty of small scratches and the breaks where dangerously whistling. "
