" No real surprises. "

" Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Only negative was that the car had not been properly cleaned prior to my use. Also, a warning light related to one of the external light bulbs was on. Otherwise, an excellent experience. "

" I made a reservation depending if Auto Europe could provide the possibility of cross border traveling through Alamo. Got a confirmation that they unfortunately couldn't provide me a car for that purpose. I send them a new mail to make sure that the reservation was going to be proceed only if they could make sure that I had the possibility of cross border traveling through Alamo or some other company that Auto Europe cooperates with. Got a confirmation that they still can't offer me that possibility (and should therefore cancel my reservation which they didn't). Got a confirmation from Auto Europe, a message that was sorted as Trash and as soon as I discovered that (the day after my rental period should have started) I contacted the customer service. Very bad experience with customer service, arrogant and bad attitude toward a customer who feels got robbed. I managed to make a new reservation through another company (who could provide me with the possibility of cross border traveling) thinking that my reservation thru this company got canceled and ended up paying for a car that was never collected. Thank you Auto Europe for your way of dealing with your customer. "

" Auto Europe might be good if choosing good business "

" First they wanted to give us a car which was easily 10 years old, then because the car didn't even have airconditioning we made them change it and they gave us a newer okay car. Now I realize 100 euros has been charged for no reason at all on my credit card... "

" I traveled from Macedonia to Greece and back. I paid for a GPS that ended not working most of the time. Once I entered into Greece, the GPS did not work at all. I ended up having to buy a SIM card and use Google Maps on my phone to get around during my trip. The car was under-horse powered to drive the hills of Macedonia and Greece. Would not recommend Auto Europe to anyone with more than one person in the car. "

" Many years ago (from 2004 I guess) I use AutoEurope services but this is the last time. I made my reservation by phone and I asked the cost to cross borders... AutoEurope told me 35.40EUR for all borders. It was written in the comments section. When I arrived at airport Enterprise (the car company) told me that would be 35.40EUR for each border... I've always trusted AutoEurope services and thats why I only read the comments section and used the phone contact to verify all my questions. By mistake of your telemarketer I had to pay 35 euros more... But that is not my complaint. My complaint is about the position of your company (customer support department) that is unable to accept the mistake of the telemarker. The last time! "
