" The flight had 5 hours delay, we picked up the car at 19.15 o'clock (the 15th of February) and we returned on the 22nd of February at 18 o'clock. The voucher for rental was from the 15th of February at 14 o'clock until the 22nd at 14 o'clock. The company did not consider the time of real pick-up and they asked for one more day to pay. "

" Front tires completely worn, less than 1 mm (have photos). During driving in rain I had serious aquaplaning which almost made me lose control of the vehicle. In general the vehicle was in bad shape. "
