" I definitely recommend your company to all my friends. Good value for good price. But please dont scare customers. Our airways company change time of our arrival. I call to your call centre in germany for expensive rate, ask your operator to change time of picking up my car which I paid six month ago. Operator told me he cant change time and try call to almo, I holded the line, after 20 minutes of classical music he told me he cant connect with alamo company. And told me he dont know if car will bee there waiting for me or not, because your company have guarantee only 2 hours. Everithing was fine, car was there but it was quite uncomfortable experience in my dream holiday :) thank you "
