" I rented two cars. One with Avis and one with Alamo. Both via Auto Europe. Avis took deposit of 335 Euro as guarantee (this is OK) Alamo took 1700 Euro (!!!) Why???? The car we took from Alamo was Volvo Diesel. One day after receiving the car we got a warning sign of AdBlue. We did not know what to do. We gave upon check out the receipt for the AdBlue fluid. They promised to refund this expense. "

" In the autoeurope page, the picture for the category I chose was showing a Seat Leon (or equivalent). But at the guichet I was told that there are no Seat Leon or any other VW cars available, as the company does not even cooperate with VW group... The Seat Leon picture was also shown when I specifically selected Alamo's rental offer (not only in the general category for all rental companies). You could simply show a brand/model that you actually have available. This is quite misleading as you advertise brands and models that you do not have available at all. "Or equivalent" should be perceived as there are some Leons available but you might as well receive an equivalent model... Apart from that, the service was very good. "

" The AutoEurope experience was good however please try to get partners with lower rental charges. This was you can increase business. Other way is asking partners to lower prices for at least lower end vehicles to increase their business! Thanks overall to Auto Europe. "
" The rental was expensive for the price. The Fuel charges for less than half tank were more than double than actual I would have paid apart from 20 Euro services charged for refuelling efforts. That's like triple the price I would have paid at fuel station. This never happened with us in USA where they used to charge only the fuel cost and that too same/almost same as what we would pay at filling station. "
