" We got a broken-not working GPS, without a dashboard holder, without any discount for all these defaults. The staff not helpfull at all. "

" Everything went smooth: We went to the counter and we filled out the necessities and then we were instructed to wait at the parking lot outside the airport and in a few minutes the car arrived. The car was almost new and it handled the Lebanese mountains reasonably well. The return was also smooth and flawless. I need to mention also that I had misplaced my phone in the car and they communicated with me and we arranged for a friend to pick it up from their counter at the airport - showing a professional approach to this matter. What I would like to see is for the company to offer a few rental-car choices upon arrival so someone can choose. I found the car rental a bit more expensive in Lebanon than in the US. "
