" We were 15 minutes late returning the car, due to lack of parking !! I asked if all was ok and told yes?? Looked at the credit card bill only to find that £70+ pound had been charged, really a shame has the checking in and the car was great, won't be using Herzt again, and dissapointed with Autoeuropehas we use them whilst in Europe all the time! "
