" Cleaning the inside of the windshield is poor. It would be good to place a windshield cleaning pad to enable the customer to do that when they feel the need. "

" Hertz Eilat Israel: I was a little bit surprised by no paper document at the moment of car take over = I had to sign the contract on a tablet without seeing it (got it later by mail), same with car state (they did several photos of details by themselves without me, I had to sign, photos were sent later by mail). But everything went OK and finally the deposit was back on my card in 1 H, quicker than anywhere else "

" Car was in pretty bad condition but this is ok in as I didn't worry about parking in cities. Staff were very good and thorough with the check and didn't try to pretend any damage was new. "

" Renting cars with any agency in Israel is problematic. The experience with Herz was disappointing nevertheless. "

" The battery of the car we were assigned was dead. We had a suspicion that the conditions of the car must have been known before. Despite of the fact that the pick-up was at the Hertz's main station at Tel Aviv airport at about 20.00, the station could not offer another vehicle. We were forced to proceed to our destination (Jerusalem) by train. Hertz offered to provide us with another car the next day, at the Jerusalem station. We were able to pick up a car there the next afternoon. We received compensation for our train tickets (€19) but not for the day of missed car rental. "

" I have very positive experience with AutoEurope and Sicily-by-car for more then 10 times, however experience of rent in Israel are demolishing all previouus positive thoughts "

" The car had almost 100.00 km and it was more or less a wreck . all scratched, bumped, dented everywhere. The interior was dirty, the steering wheel had no more leather on it, it was more of piece of dirty plastic. The car would tremble and shake at 80 km/h, brakes make metallic sound. "
