" I have immediately opened a customer support ticked regarding this matter via email, and have received a confirmation that my request has been received, but have not received any reply since. This was 10 days ago. 6 days ago I wrote again, asking if this level and swiftness of customer support is to be expected, but again, received no reply whatsoever. It is hence my opinion so far that your website either operates a scam together with Green Motion (provided that the "special low price" quoted on the dates I made reservation was only available via your website, and not any of your competitors or Green Motion's own website, while the likes of Hertz and others' quotes have been rather similar) or has one of the worst customer support I have ever witnessed. Either case I will be filing a fraud claim with my card issuer to reverse the charge for the rent. "
" Green motion has refused to rent me a car citing me not having a credit card even though I have multiple debit cards that can be used for exactly this purpose and I have successfully used in the past multiple times with various providers, both top tier and local. Instead of trying to find a solution, staff member tried to upsell me their full insurance for a cost of 6x the rental price, which is obviously absurd and shows that they probably had no interest in renting the car for the agreed price in the first place. Doing some research online it seems their business practices leave a lot to be desired, with multiple reports of scamming their customers of their money when they don't have full insurance. However, that would obviously not have worked on me, as I am not a tourist, but a local, and doing any scams on me would be a lot more risky, as I can take them to local authorities and courts if necessary. Additionally, the amount of credit cards issued in Lithuania is extremely small (though most of debit cards are proper MasterCard and Visa card with ability to charge down to a negative balance, same as credit cards, as well as ability to place reservation on funds), so it is almost guaranteed to rule out any customers. "

" The rules as were indicated in the contract while booking didn't follow reality. Fuel issue, was clear indicated in the contract Full/Full and i was surprised i got same/same, extra fees for cleaning, insurance issues, it was indeed sub-rent and in case of accident i was supposed to pay the damage and then request from you the amount. But this of course is my mistake not to check. "

" We have rented a car in Lithuania through your website and we have chosen "LOCALS" because of their good prices. But we have been cheated by the "LOCALS" (and it appeared to be a "GREEN MOTION" company covered under this name) at our arrival. We had to pay a double price at the Vilnius airport for the car rental. We have been told that we HAD to take full insurance for our car that cost us 70 Euros and deposit of 200 Euros cause we had a DEBIT card! Otherwise if we have had a credit card they could let us go with the part insurance but with 600 Euro deposit. Though we had a Credit card they have persuaded us to take full insurance anyway and told us if the car would get a little scratch we would be charged by more than 600 Euros extra for the damage. Then we had to sign a pile of different papers with all kind of different rules and requirements. We travel a lot but we have never seen anything like this before..... We could not even leave the car back without having any problem. The gate was closed and we could not enter the parking automatically like we have been told. We had to call GREEN MOTION for someone to let us in to the parking lot. We have never had anything like this with any other company.... "
